It seems like we finally just recuperated from all the hours of travel by relaxing here in COLORADO and today we're at it again! We peace out for Vail to be with Pablo and Sophia this afternoon which will also get us two hours ahead of the road trip game. Next Stop... VEGAS! 

{This is our halfway house between CO and Home Sweet Home i.e glamorous Santa Barbara!

This week has been a nice breather for us which is exactly what we were looking for  before starting the next leg of our journey by car.

Yesterday, Daniel and his mom had a day together; they shared a Nice meal and walked through the Denver Zoo.  I was happy for them to get that much needed time together.

Last night we BBQd  with our friend Bradly Corrigan aka 'Braddigan' aka the Dispatch drummer  and Dan's old roommate. Its been fun watching him reconstruct his newly bought home from an older rundown place into a gorgeous haven! Together we watched the documentary on the band that was made for cable TV, which will be on the air for the next three years or so. What a fun night we had, making and eating Delicious food and enjoying good conversation in the heat of summer. Life is good and we are enjoying every moment of the peace and joy that comes from familiar surroundings, and the knowingness that comes form being on American soil.
